How We Work With Schools
Orchard Bookshop began in response to a request by Christian school parents and faculty for a better book fair.
BOOK US FOR...
IN-SCHOOL BOOK FAIRS
Depending on space restrictions, we’ll deliver up to 30 rolling bookcases and 8 skirted round tables with numbered boxes corresponding to each shelf or table for easy setup in a library, gym, or multi-purpose room. The curated book selection from a variety of publishers will be organized by reading level and subject. Family games, puzzles, a parent book corner, and free coffee are also included.
A staff member will be available on site during the fair to support school volunteers with setup, take down, sales, and security. Schools receive a donation of 25% of fair sales in their choice of cash or store credit.
We can also do smaller popups for summer reading and history, science, and art fairs.
IN-STORE BOOK FAIRS
School families can shop at their leisure after school or on Saturdays with the school receiving 25% of sales attributed to school families in cash or store credit.

PRIVATE SHOPPING EVENTS
Promote a love of reading AND raise money for your school? It’s a win-win! On a shopping evening, your school has the store to itself with 25% of sales going to the school in cash or store credit. It’s the perfect excuse for a party and can include storytime with teachers/librarians, snacks, and drinks.
